I bought this in December 2008 because my friend has The Big One and I loved it thinking that I would also love the Pillow Sac. Although I do like the product and it is comfortable, it does not look as nice as I anticipated. The insert does not completely fill the cover and looks deflated. The cover is made out of durable, soft material and the frame is sturdy and supports two adults. I think it is more comfortable without the frame.
