How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?
Your order will typically arrive within 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase, although many items ship within 3-4 days and may arrive sooner. Shipments will arrive at different times for Khaki Inserts and Covers.

How are Sactionals shipped? Do they shrink down like Sacs?
Sactionals Bases and Sides are shipped in individual boxes. Bases include 3 components that are shipped in a single box – the Seat Cushion & Back Cushion come packed up inside the Base Frame. Both Base and Side pieces contain one Wooden Shoe and one Steel Clamp, which is all the hardware you'll need for setup.

What is the Guarantee for Sacs and Covers?

What is Shredded Durafoam?
Shredded Durafoam is a LoveSac trademarked unique blend of high, medium, and low-density open-cell polyurethane foam. To assure the most comfortable sitting experience, Durafoam is guaranteed never to go flat.

How do I wash my Sac or Sactionals covers?
Most designer covers are machine washable. Wash in cold water with gentle detergent. Line dry.

How do I fluff my Sac Insert?
Your Sac has been holding its breathe a long time - first remove it from its duffel and give it an hour to breathe and relax. Then break apart the chunks of foam from the outside of your Sac (through the fabric with your hands) and flip the Insert over. It will take up to a week to expand to its true, full, glorious potential.
